Description

Here we have the Campground Along The Metolius River 989. This remote campground is a favorite of mine to come to when we have to hike in. Roads are closed but for peak visiting times of the year. This is bear country in which the state does put up flyers to inform folks of this! This area also connects to the Warm Springs Tribes land. Along with bears one sees more of the Bald Eagles fishing, Osprey nests and fishing for their young. Fly fishing is the only fishing humans can do here. This is the Metolius River area that feeds into Lake Billy Chinook. I do photography full time and have thousands of images I am getting up on this computer as time permits.
